SA02 is a set-top box remote controller designed for the Korean telecom company SK broadband. As a product that is used for all of SK broadband’s products, the remote controller features universal functionality and accessibility for all consumers.

The remote controller has a simple yet ergonomic form, featuring a unique groove at the back for comfortable handling. Its button layout is optimized for most frequently used functions, providing intuitive reachability. Using different interfaces of tilt, tension, press, and slide keys provides clear tactile distinctions, while subtle differences in button size, height, and finish enable convenient operation without having to look down at the controller.

SA02 remote controller has been designed as a cohesive family with the AI 4 vision, where we created a design language that highlights the contrasting harmony of soft curves and sleek flat surfaces.
