The Sports School is a rehabilitation exercise academy that trains sports professionals by conveying the value of exercise and rehabilitation. As an exercise leader, we educate 'more than just exercise' with the goal of creating another expert and then creating another expert in order to achieve a virtuous cycle of rehabilitation.
