「몽핀」은 프랑스어로 봉우리 산을 뜻하는 'Mont'와 소나무를 뜻한 'Pin'의 합성어로, 소나무가 많은 공간적 특징을 표현하고자 소나무산'이라는 의미를 담고있습니다.빵을 굽는 오븐에서 나오는 스팀은 마치 안개같아서 제빵실의 아침은 마치 안개낀 소나무 숲의 아침처럼 보입니다. 몽핀은 빵의 정상, 봉우리에 오르고자하는 의미를 담은 베이커리 브랜드입니다.
